CANCELLATION |RESCHEDULING|NO SHOW POLICY
We appreciate you as a guest of our spa and respect that your time is valuable. We therefore ask that you respect our time, and that of our other guests, as also valuable and request that you note our cancellation and non-attendance policy. We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellations or rescheduling with a major credit card. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will
be applied to your card:
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service(s).
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service(s) amount.
Any multiple services, parties or packages not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
This policy allows us to retain great employees.
To receive the most out of your scheduled service, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time to allow for us to prepare you for your service. If you are late, we may be forced to shorten your appointment time or reschedule your service.
Due to our peaceful, serene, and relaxing atmosphere of our facility, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children under the age of 13 to the day spa.
Out of respect and consideration for our other spa guests and to ensure your relaxation and serenity, we ask that you kindly turn off all cell phones during your time at Ocean Bliss.
Please keep valuables with you at all times. Ocean Bliss is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
We accept U.S. currency, credit or debit cards, and local personal checks.
Gift certificates are perfect for any service or Spa Package or in any denomination.
Ocean Bliss Day Spa Gift Cards are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
