“Want to recommend Ocean Bliss Day Spa in Flagler Beach. I am a Spa Junkie and moved here recently. I booked the August special-massage and facial for $145.00. Shelly had great massage technique and Mina had great skills and touch with the facial. Beautiful equipment, robes and ambience that calls you to want more services. Using great protocols for
